The Mesilla Valley Fine Arts Gallery, located at 2470-A Calle de Guadalupe, Mesilla, New Mexico, across from the Fountain Theatre, will feature two local artists for the month of January: Frank Rimbach and Naida Zucker.

Naida: Naida, a mixed media artist, combines gelatin monoprinting (hectography) with digital photography. She produces one-of-a-kind art pieces. She is a retired NMSU biology professor. Naida has taken several Photoshop-related workshops at the Mesilla Digital Imaging Center at the now-defunct Preston Gallery, and printmaking with Ouida Touchon at the Museum of Art, Mesilla.

Frank earned his Master of Fine Arts from New Mexico State University. He has taught at Central Texas College and currently teaches at El Paso Community College. His work can be found at Mesilla Valley Fine Arts Gallery and in private collections.

New Mexico Farm & Ranch Heritage Museum 4100 Dripping Springs Road, Las Cruces, NM.

“Rural Life in New Mexico: Paintings by Carlitta Harvey” is a new art show that opens in the Museum’s Arts Corridor.
Twenty-three of Carlitta’s oil paintings are featured in the show, which continues through April 1, 2023.
