Hatch Chile Festival

Labor Day weekend means the annual Hatch Chile Festival, a two-day celebration of New Mexico’s world-famous crop. Sample famed chile recipes, watch the crowning of the chile festival queen or toss a horseshoe in celebration. The event also features chile ristra contests, artisan and food booths and a carnival.

Labor Day weekend is all about wine in Las Cruces! The Harvest Wine Festival celebrates America’s first wine country, offering tastings from various local wineries and vineyards.
