Confessions of an Editorial Cartoonist with Bob Diven

Bob Diven has been drawing editorial cartoons for the Sunday edition of the Las Cruces Sun News for 15 years, commenting upon the major events, political upheavals, minor scandals, and the weather of our community and region. He has been an actor, playwright, theatrical designer, composer, photographer, filmmaker, painter, sculptor, rat catcher and dragon builder. And he is ready to tell you all that you ever wanted to know about how and why an editorial cartoon comes into being. Join him for a rollicking discussion as he talks about his work and gives you a behind-the-pen glimpse into creating visual commentary on our corner of the world.
